How long will my order take?
Once your order has been placed we estimate it will take between 2 – 4 working days for Eastern Seaboard deliveries and up to 7 for other states and territories.
If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere and everywhere covered by Australia Post*.
We may be able to deliver further afield but you will need to contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.
*PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE SORRY BUT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O BOXES.
How much will postage cost me?
We calculate postage based on the weight of your order. Most orders for jewellery and small objects will classify as Light packages and be charged at $7. We have made shipping as affordable as possible. You can calculate your shipping, once you have added the products to your cart to get an exact amount. Our charges are as follows:
Light: 0.0kg - 1.0kg = $7
Med: 1.1kg - 4.9kg = $12
Heavy: 5.0kg - 10kg = $17
Ex Heavy: 10.1kg - 25kg = $25
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t as a rule deliver internationally just yet, however if you get in touch with the Studio Melt team, we will try to accommodate you and your request.
What is your policy on returns?
If you receive a product that is damaged or broken we are happy to offer you a full refund or a direct swap with a new version but we may request a photo of a broken item. Please choose your items carefully however as we do not refund for change your mind.
UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGE, REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes you can – we offer $25.00, $50,00 or $100.00. If you would like to buy multiple vouchers for different people or for the same person (i.e. $200 or one person or 2 x lots of $100 for two people) then please let us know in the ‘comments’ section when you go to check out.
Do you provide gift-wrapping?
We believe it is lovely to receive your product beautifully wrapped and so we gift-wrap everything! If you would prefer not to have your product wrapped, please let us know in the ‘comments’ section when you check out.
We use beautiful, quality brown wrapping paper with muted colours and geometric patterns that are suitable for both men, women and children. We use sticky tape to secure the package and finish it off with string for a rustic, retro look!
If your purchase is for a Christmas gift - please let us know in the 'comments' section at the checkout so we can use our lovely new Christmassy gift wrap.
