Do you provide gift-wrapping?
We believe it is lovely to receive your product beautifully wrapped and so we gift-wrap everything! If you would prefer not to have your product wrapped, please let us know in the ‘comments’ section when you check out.
Can my purchase be sent directly to the recipient as a gift?
Yes - please add a note to your purchase if you would like us to add a personal message along with the gift wrapping from you. Plus no invoice will be included in the parcel.
Local orders - can I pick up?
Yes, you can opt to collect your order when you check out online and will receive an email when it has been wrapped and is ready for collection.
How long will my order take?
Australian deliveries - Once your order has been placed we estimate that we can get it into the post within 24-48 hours and then it will take between 2 – 4 working days for Eastern Seaboard and Victorian deliveries and up to 7 for other states and territories.
Overseas deliveries - We estimate we can have your order ready for shipping within 24-48 hrs and it will then take 7 - 14 working days for your order to travel to you, although this may vary depending on location. Please contact us if you require a more accurate estimation.
If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery in Australia is FREE for all orders over $150 and a flat rate of $10 for orders up to $149.
Delivery of International orders will incur charges based on the value of your order, to allow for appropriate insurance and tracking.
Orders up to the value of AUD$1000 will cost $35 AUD .
Orders AUD$1,000 to $2,000 will cost $70 AUD.
Orders AUD$2000 to $3,000 will cost $80 AUD.
Orders AUD$3000 to $4,000 will cost $90 AUD.
Orders $4000 and over will cost $120 AUD.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes, if you would like to visit us in person, we have two stores:
SYDNEY - 68 Oxford St, Paddington
NEWCASTLE - Shop 6, 18 Wolfe St, Newcastle
What is your policy on returns?
Our mission at Studio Melt is to deliver beautiful hand crafted jewellery and objects to customers who love them. We are happy to offer a refund if the product is faulty in anyway or isnt fit for purpose, which may need to be assessed on a case by case basis.
If you receive your product and it is not to your liking, we are happy to exchange for another product or a store credit. It can often help with some items such as rings to get in contact prior to purchase and we can provide additional images and videos that may better demonstrate the piece from different angles and worn on the body to show scale.
In the event that you or the recipient would like to organise a return, please get in touch with us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please bear in mind that to accept any refund/exchange you must:
- be in contact with us within 30 days of receiving your order
- return the item unworn and in original condition with packaging.
**Please note an exchange cannot be made on a custom order piece.
Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes you can – we offer gift vouchers online, simply search for gift certificates.
What I wanted has been sold or is no longer on the website - can I still get order it?
We stock many one off pieces, so our stock does turn over. In many cases, we can get in contact with the maker and have it remade for you.
