Asymmetrical Facet White Gold Ring - Ash Hilton

An understated white gold band is transformed by an irregular faceted surface, with each angled plane individually shaped and finished by hand.

Handmade by Ash Hilton in New Zealand, whose material-led approach brings together ethical sourcing, understated design and the individual character of making by hand.

Crafted from 9ct white New Zealand beach gold, the ring has a softly geometric surface of asymmetrical facets that shift subtly as they travel around the band. Ash alloys the locally recovered gold himself, retaining the individual character of the material rather than refining it into complete uniformity. Occasional tiny surface imperfections are part of this process and speak to the gold’s origin, while the hand-filed facets make each ring subtly individual.
