Grey Diamond Kite Ring - Ananda Khalsa

A sculptural gold ring defined by an east-to-west rose-cut grey kite diamond and a constellation of white diamond accents.
Handmade by Ananda Khalsa in Northampton, Massachusetts, whose work draws on natural forms and vibrant gemstone luminosity, marrying a modern sensibility with echoes of ancient jewellery craft. 
At its centre sits a rose-cut grey kite diamond, bezel-set in warm 22ct gold and flanked by smaller white diamonds that add sparkle. The rich contrast of metals and stones is enhanced by a matt finish that gives the surface a tactile, considered feel, while the 18ct gold band marries presence with contemporary elegance. 
The ring sits comfortably on the finger and reveals shifting facets of light as it turns, and is designed with a collector’s eye for both material and form.
