Handmade by Japanese designer and metalsmith Ryo Katori, whose jewellery combines traditional techniques, antique influences and the beauty of surfaces transformed by time.

Crafted in 10ct yellow gold, oxidised sterling silver and diamonds, the ring is part of Rusty Thought's Contrast collection. The faceted hexagonal form is divided into six textured silver sections, each granule-set with a diamond and framed by warm gold. Delicate milgrain edging enhances the precise geometry while adding another layer of texture, creating a piece that feels both contemporary and reminiscent of antique jewellery.
