Carla Caruso was born in New York City. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a major in glass, she found her way to the hills of Western Massachusetts, where she now lives.

As a child she would spend hours recreating the bullfight drawings of Picasso. This linear quality and use of negative space, along with her love of nature and modern design, is reflected in her jewellery.

Simplicity is the goal: to distill an idea to its essence and create handmade jewellery that wears beautifully.
