Sterling silver earrings inspired by eucalypt leaves, with a textured surface that reflects the structures of the plant.

Handmade by Sarah Bourke on the far south coast of New South Wales, whose work brings together silversmithing and woodworking, drawing on forms found in the natural environment.

Crafted in sterling silver, the leaf-like forms are defined by a gently curved profile and a lightly textured surface. The detailing creates variations in light across the surface, and articulate joins allow for movement of the forms.

Suspended from a simple stud fitting, they sit close to the ear, with the drop adding length and movement.
