Gold Fish Necklace - Cynthia Nge

An 18ct gold vermeil necklace featuring an articulated fish pendant.

Handmade by Cynthia Nge in Paris, whose jewellery draws on nature, vintage objects and her background in graphic design to create playful, finely detailed forms.

Hand-pierced from sterling silver sheet and textured with a linen-like surface, the fish is formed in articulated sections that move freely from the back. The warm gold vermeil finish and vertically suspended shape give the pendant a small, decorative presence at the neckline, while its design takes cues from a childhood pendant given to Cynthia by her grandmother.

Suspended from a fine chain, it sits at the collarbone as a playful everyday pendant.
